Back in Summer 2022, Mystic Ozark Adventures entered a contest hosted by Airbnb called the OMG! Fund. The purpose of the contest was for thousands of people across the world to submit a crazy idea to Airbnb for the most unique kind of vacation house ever created. We are proud to say that were part of the 100 worldwide winners!​
The treehouse feels private but has easy access to all the amenities of Springdale, Rogers, Bentonville, or Fayetteville. Access to Beaver Lake is simply a 2 minute drive, or a 10 minute hike down the road where you will find beach access to launch kayaks.​
About the space
Geodesic Dome:
 - Bright, pristine interior with plenty of natural lighting and a giant hexagon window in the loft
 - A geodesic dome ceiling with an at-home star projector that can turn the ceiling into a planetarium (perfect for cloudy days!)
 - A kitchenette with an electric cook top, mini fridge, coffee nook, microwave, and other essentials
 - Bathroom with a toilet, sink, shower and custom tile mosaic
 - Curved staircase to an expansive loft with a queen sized bed
 - Comfortable sofa that converts to another queen sized bed on the bottom floor
 - High speed 5G internet Inside the Observatory Tower:
 - A completely clear polycarbonate dome ceiling for stargazing
 - High powered telescopes for guests to use
 - Color-changing LED lighting around the rim of the clear dome and through the hallway
 - TV/media room with a Roku streaming device

 Featuring outside:
 - BBQ grill, a picnic table, and lounge chairs on the deck
 - Year-round lake view
 - Nearly a full wrap around deck
 - An upper tower balcony featuring the best views of the lake and sky Guest access: Guests can access all parts of the treehouse except for one of the utility closets under the stairs. Other things to note: If you are hosting a larger group, please consider booking our A-frame cabin called "Lakeview Haven" in conjunction with this Planetarium Treehouse. The A-frame is located next door slightly down the street from this property, and is an easy 1 minute walk between the two properties. Important Note: This is a very unique structure. The Observatory Tower (clear dome) is subject to more temperature changes than the rest of the home. This means it will be hotter or colder in the Observatory Tower than the rest of the home. We do have a larger mini split up in the tower to help heat/cool the area. This also helps circulate to the lower part of the tower in the TV room. Guests should be aware that the Observatory Tower’s main purpose is for stargazing and may not be your ideal temperature. The rest of the structure (main dome) is not affected by this and will be a normal comfortable temperature.
